SHIPPING POLICIES
Everything in my shop is handmade and, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours, it may take 2-4 weeks to make and ship your order. Some items are in stock and depending on available inventory, I may be able to ship more quickly.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return for exchange only. No monetary refunds. In no case will shipping be refunded.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
I put my best effort in to accurate descriptions, so please read your purchased item’s description thoroughly and check all measurements before placing your order. If you are uncertain, please ask questions.
I would like to make sure all customers are happy and I will work with you on returns if the item is not as described.
